If the producers of pre-election propaganda speech form the image of their party as being able to satisfy the main instincts of the speech recipient, they achieve the necessary perlocutionary effect. If the opponents’ party is represented as unwilling or unable to satisfy these instincts that means that this party threatens the species’ existence, this effect is achieved as well. In the following speech the politician actualizes the instinct of freedom.
